Job summary

YETI is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our store on Krog St. in Atlanta, GA. You will provide leadership and direct the store team while executing company strategies and coaching brand enthusiasts who deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include driving sales and operations, managing inventory, executing floor sets, and supporting community events. You’ll work with store leadership to motivate the team and ensure a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced retail
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
• Passion for outdoor pursuits
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and profitability by executing effective operations and prioritizing the customer experience
• Supports Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, executing daily store operations and team communication
• Drives inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately
• Executes new product launch floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategy
• Holistically owns division of responsibility including inventory, product processing, visual merchandising, and community events
• Provides exceptional customer service and inspires customers to become lifetime YETI enthusiasts; supports community marketing events
• Supports team coaching and development to accelerate sales performance; assesses performance and shares observations with leadership
