Job summary

TIBA Parking Systems is seeking a Service Technician to join the Cleveland, OH area team. The role involves on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software, with a focus on outdoor work and on-call duties.

Ideal candidates have electronics/technical training, knowledge of networking, and experience with Windows and SQL Server maintenance. You will collaborate with installation teams and Project Managers to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Electronics/technical training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanical devices and PC skills.
• Experience with networking and operating systems.
• SQL Server maintenance and Microsoft OS knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers.
• Able to use hand and power tools.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access hardware/software.
• Provide support for multiple products.
• Assist in installation of systems under a Project Manager.
• On-call duties as required.
