Job summary

TIBA Parking Systems is recruiting a Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repair of parking and access-control hardware and software. The role involves outdoor work, servicing multiple products, and occasional installation duties under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have electronics training, ability to work with proprietary software and hardware, and strong communication skills. On-call duties are required, with a company vehicle provided and benefits listed below.

Qualifications

• Electronics background with hands-on repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read technical manuals.
• Strong oral and written communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work on-call and outdoors as required.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware/software.
• Provide support for multiple products and customers.
• Assist in installation tasks (bolt-down, wiring, communications, testing).
