Job summary
TIBA Parking Systems in the Cleveland, OH area is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software. You will support multiple products and assist in installations under a Project Manager, with some outdoor work and on-call duties.
The ideal candidate has electronics and networking knowledge, PC troubleshooting skills, and strong communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
- Ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications, programming and repair.
- Proficient with PC hardware and networking basics.
- Comfort with field service and outdoor work environments.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and SQL Server maintenance.
Responsibilities
- On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software installations.
- Provide support for multiple products and client environments.
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot equipment with supervision of a Project Manager.
- Assist in wiring termination and establishing communications to software hosts.
- Maintain documentation and communicate with customers clearly.
