Job summary

TIBA Parking Systems in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will perform on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software installations, often outdoors, with occasional on-call duties.

You will need electronics and mechanical device knowledge, PC skills, and the ability to work with various operating systems and networks. You will support clients and fellow technicians and may assist in installing our Parking and Revenue Control

Qualifications

• Electronics and mechanical devices knowledge required.
• PC computer skills and familiarity with various operating systems.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle on-call duties.
• Proven ability to provide software/hardware support to clients and other technicians.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software.
• Provide support for multiple products.
• Assist in installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems under PM guidance.
• Work with customers, testing and configuring equipment and ensuring communication to software hosts.
