Astound is seeking dynamic residential direct sales specialists to join its field teams across multiple markets. You’ll build relationships face-to-face, enroll new customers, and drive growth through uncapped commissions and a strong base salary.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commission opportunities; total earnings can exceed targets in markets with high demand, supported by comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience.
• Able to work outdoors and in field-based environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential environments through face-to-face interactions.
