Job summary

Astound is seeking energetic sales professionals for our residential Direct Sales team. In a field-based role, you will meet residents, property managers, and referral sources to explain services and secure sign-ups.

The base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 depending on market location, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission. There is uncapped commission with potential to reach six figures, and total on-target earnings up to $90,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outdoors in field-based role.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property details and service offerings.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics to management.
