Astound is seeking a results-driven direct sales professional to join our residential sales team. You will meet residents, property managers, and referral sources to explain services, gather sign-ups, and build the Astound brand in your territory.

You’ll start with a base salary and unlock uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially exceeding six figures for top performers. Training and a protected territory support your ramp. This is a field-based role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional face-to-face interaction with residents and property management groups.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Explain service options, gather quotes and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain an organized schedule and manage territory effectively.
