Job summary

Astound is hiring for a residential direct sales role in multiple markets. You will meet residents and property managers, present service options, and sign up new customers in a face-to-face, field-based environment.

The base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Success is rewarded with the potential to exceed six figures through performance-driven earnings and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with face-to-face and door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-field, face-to-face engagement.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property contracts and service needs.
• Present quotes, sign-up orders, and distribute marketing materials.
• Meet sales targets, attend mandatory meetings, and report results to management.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and maintain organized territory records.
