Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring entry level canvassers to help homeowners connect with roofing professionals. You will work outdoors, set your own schedule, and get paid for what you produce, with uncapped performance pay and weekly pay.

No roofing or sales experience is required; orientation is provided to learn the inspection process and customer experience. This is ground-level canvassing with a focus on conversations with homeowners.

• Comfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by weather events.
• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spotting homeowners interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introducing homeowners to our Sales Manager and assisting with information for insurance claims.
