Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring entry level canvassers to connect homeowners with our roofing professionals. You’ll work outdoors, set your own schedule, and get paid for what you produce, with ongoing training to build a sales career.

No prior roofing or sales experience is required; orientation is provided and earnings include a base rate plus performance pay. The role emphasizes people skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude in the field.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors on sidewalks and neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• canvassing neighborhoods affected by severe weather.
• initiating conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• spotting homeowners interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
