Job summary

Rose Roofing and Restoration is looking for Entry Level Canvassers to connect homeowners with our roofing professionals after severe weather. You’ll work outdoors, set your own schedule, and earn based on what you produce, plus daily performance pay.

No roofing or sales experience is required as we provide orientation and training. The role focuses on friendly conversations, lead generation, and coordinating with the Sales Manager to move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
• Comfortable striking up conversations with homeowners while canvassing.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
• Comfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.
• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spotting homeowners who are interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introducing those homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Assisting with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.
