Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring Entry Level Canvassers to help homeowners affected by severe weather connect with our roofing professionals. This outdoor, ground-level canvassing role lets you set your own schedule and earn pay based on performance, with weekly pay and uncapped incentives.

No experience needed; learn the ins and outs of the inspection process, insurance discussions, and customer experience as you grow toward leadership opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, professional and reliable.
• Comfortable striking up conversations with homeowners while canvassing.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
• Comfortable on your feet for several hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.
• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spotting homeowners interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introducing homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Assisting with information needed to begin the insurance claim process.
