Job summary

Wire 3 in Daytona Beach is hiring a Laborer to be the face of the company while working on outdoor sites. You will handle materials, assist with trenching, fiber installation, and safety procedures to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role is full-time, outdoors, with DOT drug & alcohol testing compliance, and a package that includes health coverage, PTO after probation, sick leave, holidays, and a 401(k) match. Reliable, safety-conscious candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• CDL Class A preferred; higher wage scales apply to CDL holders.
• Knowledge of safety and utility installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report to crew leader or foreman.
• Load and secure materials/equipment for transport.
• Set up equipment and perform trenching, drilling, and fiber work.
• Locate underground wiring and cabling.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper site security.
• Assist in ending shifts, securing equipment and materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
