Job summary

Katmai is seeking a capable maintenance technician to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings across trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. The role involves outdoor and facility maintenance tied to military training environments.

Responsibilities include moving structures, maintaining HVAC filters, grounds care, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of maintenance services experience.
• Ability to use hand power tools.
• Must obtain and maintain security access/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build/move interior partitions and other structures as needed.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Clean facilities, trash, and debris to maintain readiness.
• Inspect and replace HVAC filters as required.
• Sweep and clean training facilities and outdoor areas.
• Operate lawn equipment for grounds maintenance.
• Attend work shifts regularly and on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
