Job summary

Titan Asset Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, proactive upkeep of our properties. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks with a focus on preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

The role requires 2+ years in facilities maintenance, strong tool skills, and the ability to read safety protocols and work orders. On-call rotations and safety discipline are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety protocols, manuals, and work orders.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems; clean coils, replace filters, adjust controls.
• Complete electrical tasks such as replacing fixtures, switches, outlets.
• Address plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, water line repairs.
• Perform minor carpentry and finish work, including drywall repair and painting.
• Assist with water treatment systems and kitchen equipment repairs.
• Snow removal, lawn care, and general groundskeeping.
• Maintain records of work and participate in inspections.
• Respond to on-call or after-hours maintenance needs.
• Support custodial and miscellaneous duties.
