Job summary
Greenrise Technologies is seeking a General Labor Crew Member-Driver to perform erosion control installations such as silt fences and inlet protections on residential and commercial sites. You will operate a company truck, follow directions from the Crew Leader, and work outdoors daily to support site solutions.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- Ability to listen well and follow directions.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills as part of a team.
- Commitment to customer service and professional presentation.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Physically fit for long outdoor days.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and writing ability.
- High character, honesty and integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Initiative to seek performance improvement.
- Experience with erosion control tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Go over daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
- Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.
- Drive company truck to and from worksites and obey traffic laws.
- Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers.
- Complete erosion control work to a high standard.
- Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and sites.
- Install erosion control products per crew direction.
- Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
- Achieve daily/weekly goals for silt fence installation.
- Ensure vehicles and tools are maintained and inspected.
- Relay information and concerns through proper channels.
