Job summary

Greenrise Technologies seeks a General Labor Crew Member-Driver to perform erosion control installations on residential and commercial sites and to operate a company work truck between locations. You will follow directions from the Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and safely while representing the company on-site.

This role is outdoors, physically demanding, and may offer opportunities to advance to Crew Leader based on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication within a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit to work long days outside.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• High character, honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Take initiative for continued performance improvement.
• Experience with erosion control tools preferred.
• Experience pulling a trailer preferred.
• Reliable cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
• Load trucks with installation materials each morning.
• Drive company truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard of excellence.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, or site conduct.
• Install erosion control products per crew leader direction.
• Communicate effectively with operations managers and fellow crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for silt fence installation output.
• Ensure vehicles and tools are cared for and inspected.
• Relay information or concerns using the proper chain of command.
