Job summary

Greenrise Technologies seeks a motivated Crew Member-Driver to install erosion control products such as silt fence and inlet protections on residential and commercial sites. You will drive a company truck, follow crew leader directions, and perform physical tasks outdoors with safety as a priority.

The role may evolve into a Crew Leader position for candidates with a clean driving record and leadership potential. Competitive pay and advancement opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
• Able to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills within a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
• Load trucks with installation materials and drive to sites.
• Install erosion control products as directed and ensure quality.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Meet daily/weekly goals for silt fence installations.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols for vehicles and site conduct.
