Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Crew Member-Driver to install erosion control products on residential and commercial sites and to operate a work truck between sites. You will take direction from the Crew Leader and may advance to a Crew Leader role for strong performers.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, stay reliable on long days, and can lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional representation of the company at all times.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team.
• A commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself professionally.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.
• Drive company work truck to and from worksites.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies in a professional manner to customers and homeowners.
• Complete all erosion control work to a high standard of quality.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, or site conduct.
• Install erosion control products per crew direction.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Meet daily and weekly goals for silt fence installation output.
• Ensure vehicles and tools are maintained and inspected.
• Relay important information through the proper chain of command.
