Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Crew Member-Driver to perform erosion control work on residential and commercial sites in the Houston area. You will install silt fence, inlet protections, and slope matting, and you will drive a company work truck to worksites.

This general labor role offers opportunities to advance to Crew Leader for experienced drivers, requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and the ability to work long days outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills in a team setting.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit for outdoor work and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and write legibly.
• High character, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Initiative and willingness to improve performance.
• Experience with erosion control installations or pulling a trailer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader.
• Load trucks with installation materials each morning.
• Drive company truck to sites and follow traffic laws.
• Represent the company professionally with customers.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard.
• Follow safety protocols for equipment and sites.
• Install erosion control products per crew leader directions.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Meet daily/weekly installation output goals.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles and tools.
• Relay information and concerns through proper channels.
