Job summary

Bonita Bay Club is seeking an Assistant Equipment Technician to maintain and upkeep all specialty equipment used for maintenance procedures within a private club setting in Bonita Springs, Florida.

You will perform preventative maintenance, manage equipment and inventory, and uphold schedules across various facilities, while maintaining safety and teamwork in an outdoor environment. Golf experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanic experience required.
• Ability to work long periods walking, standing, or stooping.
• Work in an outside environment and all associated weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Team-orientated attitude.
• Flexibility with schedule – weekends and holidays; emergency hours possible.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Golf experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep all equipment and tools used for maintenance procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes, filter changes, and tires.
• Uphold maintenance schedules related to reel grinding and record-keeping.
• Manage equipment assigned to you, including uniforms, PPE, and related items.
• Wear appropriate uniform and PPE; demonstrate teamwork.
