Bonita Bay Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Operator to help uphold the club’s pristine standards. You will learn and perform daily maintenance tasks on an upscale golf course, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

The role involves operating mowers and tractor-drawn equipment, setting up the course, applying fertilizers and pesticides, and staying compliant with our safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of golf course maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work for long periods of time while walking, standing, or stooping
• Flexible schedule. Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions/instructions. Must be in compliance with and support our Drug Free Workplace Policy
• Team-oriented attitude
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform daily maintenance of an upscale golf course with safety and attention to detail
• Set up the course by changing cups, moving tee markers, trash, divots, markers and comfort stations
• Operate mowers (tee, fairway, rough) and tractor-drawn equipment
• Use two-cycle hand tools and apply fertilizers, wetting agents and pesticides
• Ensure safety of yourself, coworkers, and members/guests
