Job summary

Bonita Bay Club in Naples, Florida is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Operator to join a dedicated, detail-oriented crew maintaining an upscale course. You will learn and perform daily maintenance tasks safely, contributing to member and guest enjoyment.

Responsibilities include setting up the course (cups, markers, trash), operating golf course equipment (mowers, tractors), and applying fertilizers and pesticides while following safety policies. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Requires 1 year of Golf Course Maintenance experience.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Must follow oral and written directions and comply with Drug Free Workplace Policy.
Team-oriented attitude and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Golf course setup: cups, tee markers, trash cans, divot buckets, hazard markers, comfort stations, and other detail items.
Operate mowers: tee, fairway, and rough mowers.
Operate tractor-drawn equipment: pull frame mowers, top dressers, front-end loaders, sprayers, and bush hog mowers.
Operate two-cycle hand tools: trimmers, edgers, blowers; apply granular fertilizers, wetting agents, and pesticides; ensure safety of staff and guests.
