Bonita Bay Club is seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to repair and maintain golf course equipment and small tools, ensuring reliable operation and preventive maintenance.

You will perform daily inspections, manage reel grinding schedules, and keep accurate maintenance records while upholding safety and quality in an outdoor environment.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, weekend/holiday work, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, on site in Bonita Springs, FL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to operate all maintenance equipment.
• Lifts and carries up to 60 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Position is physical and outdoors; weather conditions apply.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must comply with Drug Free Workplace Policy.
• Requires a basic set of employee-owned tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain golf course equipment and small gas-powered hand tools.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, ensure quality of grass cutting, and uphold maintenance schedules (reel grinding, preventive maintenance) with proper record-keeping.
