Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanic experience required.

• Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays; emergencies may require different hours.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Golf experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep all equipment and tools used for maintenance procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance: oil, filters, tires and similar tasks.
• Uphold maintenance schedules related to reel grinding, preventative maintenance, and record-keeping.
• Manage equipment assigned to you (uniforms, coolers, PPE, rain gear, decals).
• Wear uniform, use PPE, and demonstrate teamwork.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN:

As an Assistant Equipment Technician, you will have the responsibility to maintain and upkeep all specialty pieces of equipment and tools used to perform maintenance procedures. All equipment and facilities will be checked, operated, and maintained by you in a meticulous manner every day. You will perform preventative maintenance, including but not limited to changing oil, filters, and tires. This role will require you to uphold all maintenance schedules related to reel grinding, preventative maintenance, and record-keeping. You will be responsible for all the equipment assigned to you, including but not limited to uniforms, coolers, PPE, rain gear, employee automotive decals, etc. You must wear your uniform appropriately, use proper protective equipment for each assignment, and demonstrate teamwork.
