Job summary

Liberty Mountain is seeking an entry-level eCommerce Associate to support direct-to-consumer sales across our online platforms and Outlet Store. You will help create and maintain product listings, run promotions, assist customers, and handle returns and warranty duties.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about outdoor gear. You will have the chance to grow online sales, learn Navision ERP, and build experience across Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other

Qualifications

Familiarity with a variety of outdoor equipment; climbing gear knowledge is a plus.
Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas to improve the company.
Basic proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other platforms or willingness to learn.
Ability to use or learn Navision ERP software.
Strong written and verbal communication; dealing with end consumers and shops across the USA and internationally.
Diplomatic skills when discussing issues with customers and vendors via phone, email, or chat.

Responsibilities
