Job summary

Liberty Mountain is seeking an entry-level eCommerce Associate to support direct-to-consumer sales across our online platforms and Outlet Store. You will help create and maintain product listings, run promotions, assist customers, and handle returns and warranty duties.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about outdoor gear. You will have the chance to grow online sales, learn Navision ERP, and build experience across Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other

Qualifications

• Familiarity with a variety of outdoor equipment; climbing gear knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas to improve the company.
• Basic proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other platforms or willingness to learn.
• Ability to use or learn Navision ERP software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; dealing with end consumers and shops across the USA and internationally.
• Diplomatic skills when discussing issues with customers and vendors via phone, email, or chat.

Job Overview:

Assist the Department Manager with direct-to-consumer sales across our online platforms and Outlet Store, including creating and maintaining product listings, promotions, customer support, and returns/warranty duties. This position will also help identify opportunities to grow online sales and reach new customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in eCommerce, sales, and the outdoor industry. We’re looking for someone who is organized, takes initiative, enjoys working with customers and outdoor gear, and is eager to learn and grow their eCommerce experience.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with a variety of outdoor equipment and its uses. Knowledge of climbing and climbing equipment, camping or backpacking is a plus.
• Willing to take initiative and make positive suggestions and contributions to improving the company.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s Seller Central, eBay, and other 3rd party platforms or willingness to dive in head first to learn and improve selling capabilities.
• The ability to use or learn our ERP Software (Navision).
• Good written and verbal communication skills a must. Person will be dealing with end consumers and shops from across the USA and internationally.
• Diplomatic skills - May need to discuss issues with customers and vendors via phone, email, or chat and do so diplomatically.
