Job summary

Great Northern Equipment Distributing, Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Sales Specialist to support online product listings and customer service across multiple marketplaces.

You will coordinate with internal teams and partners to post products, maintain listings, and ensure accurate order processing. Ideal candidates will have strong typing, data entry and Excel skills, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of distribution and ecommerce sales.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing skills; accurate order entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal staff and internet/marketplace partners to post products on sites.
• Performs ongoing item maintenance and content enhancement on ecommerce sites; improve listings with images.
• Maintain EDI and/or customer portals of major national ecommerce sites.
• Review and complete order entry tasks in the web-based ERP.
• Collect and maintain product data and report on active listings.
• Research the ecommerce sales market for new customers/products.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and partners; handle product/order inquiries and returns.
• Monitor customer feedback and service data; analyze sales performance metrics.
• Provide input on competitors' products and pricing; report to supervisor.
• Attend training as directed by GNE.
• Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
