Job summary

DELL Outdoor is seeking a Construction Project Manager for an on-site role based in Northern New Jersey, overseeing pools, outdoor living spaces, and hardscape installations from planning to delivery.

You will coordinate project schedules, supervise crews and subcontractors, manage resources and budgets, ensure safety and code compliance, and report progress to the Operations team. Experience in residential outdoor construction and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of verifiable construction PM experience, residential pool/outdoor projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with leadership ability.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the Design & Build team and field crews to meet schedules.
• Oversee all phases of outdoor construction from layout to completion.
• Schedule and supervise internal crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timelines and quality.
• Maintain project profitability, reports, and documentation in Aspire or equivalent.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and quality across all on-site activities.
