Job summary

Woodfield Outdoors is seeking a Project Manager to lead onsite coordination between the project management team and job crews, ensuring clear communication and impeccable quality on each project.

You will create schedules, monitor budgets, issue POs, and run weekly foreman hand-off meetings to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations. This role offers growth in a collaborative, values-driven environment with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field supervision or project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience preferred).

Responsibilities

Project Manager

We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in a key role that bridges project management and field operations. As the primary connection between the project management team and job site crews, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and exceptional quality on every project. This position is perfect for a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, a passion for leadership, and a drive to exceed client expectations by delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding project schedules, progress updates, and any necessary adjustments.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project budget by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Create timely purchase orders (POs) to ensure materials and subcontractors are secured on schedule.
• Conduct weekly Foreman hand-off meetings to ensure seamless transitions and clear expectations.
• Review the site layout of construction plans with the Superintendent to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain a healthy crew culture by fostering teamwork, leadership, and accountability within the job site.
• Strive for a near-zero punch list by proactively identifying and addressing project issues before completion.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a field supervisor, project manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience preferred, training available).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
