Qualifications

• 3+ years managing residential construction production (decks or exteriors preferred).
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills across crews, deliveries, inspections, and permits.
• Calm, clear communicator with crews and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crews, deliveries, inspections, and permits across active builds.
• Run daily field checks on quality, safety, and site cleanliness.
• Own the homeowner relationship during the build — proactive updates, no surprises.
• Solve field problems fast and document changes accurately.
• Complete quality walkthroughs and punch lists before final invoicing.
