Job summary

Corby Energy Services, Inc. in Detroit, MI is seeking an Outside Construction Hi-Lo Operator to support warehouse and yard operations. The role is full-time with overtime and weekend work, predominantly outdoors in varied weather though seated in a climate-controlled cab when possible.

You will unload and move materials, operate forklifts and heavy equipment, perform basic math, and ensure areas are tidy. Valid license and ability to pass checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a drug-screening and MVR check.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Unload vendor delivery trucks and move items to yard/warehouse.
• Load and unload company trucks using forklifts.
• Operate warehouse/yard equipment (forklifts, front loader, excavator).
• Perform simple math accurately.
• Maintain equipment used in daily duties.
• Keep stock, yard and warehouse areas tidy and organized.
• Daily reporting of material issued for jobs.
