Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator - Forklift/Hi-Lo in Lansing, MI to safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, move and rack materials, and support production flow. You will unload trucks, stock inventory, and keep an organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling environment.
• Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks, put inventory away, and rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage and maintain an organized, productive work area.
• Identify and communicate equipment, material, or operational issues to the team.
