Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company is hiring an Installer to join the Operations team in Williamsport, PA. This entry-level, full-time role involves installing and maintaining billboards, handling vinyl graphics, and ensuring safety while working at heights.

The position offers comprehensive training and a path for career growth, with a Monday–Friday schedule and modern benefits. You will work with a team to install ads, manage construction tasks, and document installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Experience with working at heights up to 200 ft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and perform cosmetic upkeep.
• Handle vinyl graphics and ensure proper assembly on billboard structures.
• Come to work safely, at heights up to 100-200 ft as needed.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
• Maintain vehicles and hand/ power tools, ensuring a clean workspace.
