Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Knoxville, TN is hiring an Installer to join the Operations team. The role focuses on installing and maintaining billboards, handling vinyls and flexes, and ensuring safety during high-elevation work.

You will operate power and manual tools, participate in safety meetings, and document installations with photos while supporting a fast-paced outdoor environment in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and OSHA 10-hour are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Experience working at heights up to 200 ft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls for billboard installations.
• Build and install billboard extensions and perform maintenance.
• Use power and manual tools safely during installations.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings.
• Maintain operation vehicles and workshop tools; document work with photos.
