Job summary

Lamar Advertising is hiring for an Operations crew member to construct and maintain our billboard inventory, primarily in Richmond, VA. The role involves outdoor work maintaining structures, vegetation, and electrical components, with the opportunity to work at heights up to 200 feet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred certifications: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, or Rigging.
• Previous experience at heights up to 200 ft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structure and vegetation, including painting and carpentry.
• Perform pre/post trip documentation and maintenance logging.
• Ensure shop and materials yard are organized and old vinyl stored for recycling.
• Basic electrical maintenance, such as bulbs and fuses replacement.
• Attend safety meetings and follow all safety regulations.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
