Job summary

Lamar Outdoor of Dallas is hiring a full-time Operations crew member for the Arlington, TX area to build and maintain billboard inventory. The role focuses on outdoor work, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth.

The position requires outdoor work up to 200 ft, driving responsibilities, and OSHA 10-hour Construction certification. Lamar offers comprehensive benefits and employee development programs.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Lamar, DOT, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to safely use construction and vegetation equipment for outdoor structures.
• Ability to document installations through photographs and written logs.
• Willingness to learn how to safely use welding & torching equipment.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structures and vegetation, including painting and trimming.
• Prepare for trips and document vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Keep shop and materials yard organized and recycle old vinyls.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance like replacing bulbs/fuses.
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to regulations.
• Take completion photos as proof of performance.
