Lamar Advertising Company in Austin, TX is hiring an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards across Austin and surrounding areas. You’ll work on a dedicated installation team with comprehensive training and the equipment needed to start a career in outdoor advertising.

The role focuses on installing and maintaining billboards, including ad placement, structure upkeep, and cosmetic care. You’ll work with safety standards, documentation, and hands-on fabrication tasks to ensure

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.
• Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.
• Preferred certifications depend on location: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and related structures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cosmetic upkeep of billboard components.
• Follow safety standards and document installations with photos and logs.
• Collaborate with installation crew to ensure timely campaigns.
