Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience, high volume & casual environment preferred.
• Commitment to quality service and food & beverage knowledge.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Wine, beer and spirits knowledge essential.
• Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC or obtain on hire.
• Professional appearance, attitude and performance expected.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries.
• Must have full knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Provide silverware and condiments prior to food presentation.
• Clean and reset bar area as guests depart or drinks prepared.
• Proper bar setup and breakdown.
• Triple sink procedures.
• Communicate professionally with management, kitchen, and serving staff.
• Contribute to a professional workplace boosting morale and productivity.
• Work well with diverse Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding.
