Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related bartending experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate as applicable.
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to see, hear, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely “Guest First” service, making guests the center of your attention.
• Know and follow your posted schedule with punctuality and professionalism.
• Master menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Follow company policies, steps of service, and alcohol awareness procedures.
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist fellow team members to ensure cooperative and seamless guest service.
• Handle payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated and improve skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts in a restaurant environment


• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Frequent use of hands to operate equipment and communicate effectively
