Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies before shifts or events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliant bar area.
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner; provide prompt service.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems; balance cash at end of shift.
