Job summary

Radius Recycling, Inc. is hiring a General Laborer I to join the production team. You will handle vehicles safely, dismantle components, and prepare parts while maintaining environmental compliance and a cooperative attitude.

The role offers medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k with company match, and paid time off starting with the first check. A variable schedule and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written safety messages and hazard communications.
• Ability to work required hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in varied outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote a safety culture; wear PPE as required.
• Follow company policies and model professional conduct for the team.
• Safely remove fluids, batteries, and materials per procedures.
• Extract fuels, oils, and fluids per prescribed procedures.
• Position and prepare vehicles for customer access to parts.
• Dismantle engines/transmissions and sort materials per procedures.
• Operate tire machines and prepare tires and rims for shipment.
• Assist customers courteously and complete shipment paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
