Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or comparable experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant outdoor advertising, marketing, or digital advertising experience.
• Must have strong cold calling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect clients by offering billboard marketing solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Partner with Marketing to create campaigns and forecasts for budgeting proposals.
• Identify and research potential clients and anticipate advertising needs.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to brainstorm and present proposals to clients.
• Communicate pricing and terms, negotiate sales and renewals, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Maintain contact with key prospects via in-person meetings, email, and phone.
• Prepare weekly reports on purchasing activity and negotiation status for all billboards.
• Engage with the wider media advertising community and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay active in community outreach and networking to grow the client base.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and industry publications.
