Job summary

Cincinnati Animal CARE is seeking an Outcomes Specialist to support our mission of protecting animals and serving the community. You will handle adoptions, reunions with owners, fostering, and transfers, while delivering exceptional customer service and accurate record-keeping.

The role involves working with the CAC team to ensure timely outcomes, processing fees, and maintaining compassionate, professional communication with adopters and partners. Daytime to weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, high-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Match animals with adopters while ensuring suitable home environments and completing adoption documentation with high attention to detail.
• Reunite lost animals with owners and handle related forms and fees.
• Facilitate short- and long-term fostering.
• Assist community and rescue partners with transfers and maintain positive relationships.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and document lost/found reports.
