Job summary

EY Challenger is seeking an Outcome/Product Lead to own ventures from discovery through adoption, uniting users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists to create lasting business value. This senior role blends innovation, product management, and transformation, measuring success by outcomes and impact rather than features.

The role requires up to 50% travel and a hybrid office presence, with opportunities to shape strategic services using AI-enabled products within Challenger Core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 7–9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority over every contributor.
• Evidence of using research, data, and experiments to prioritize value and drive decisions.
• Up to 50% travel and hybrid office participation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcomes hypothesis, priorities, roadmap and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines and success measures.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions and inform investments.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and recommend course corrections.
• Prepare operating owners to sustain delivery, manage risk and track benefits after transfer.
