Qualifications

• World-class software engineer with an ability to reinvent software development for AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience building multi-agent or agentic systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable architecture and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Architect Multi-Agent Systems to enable collaboration and robust agentic workflows.
• Implement automated governance with policy engines and guardrails for autonomous systems.
• Engineer context and memory using knowledge graphs and vector stores for codebase understanding.
• Build rigorous evaluation frameworks and deterministic validation for agentic outputs.
• Design self-healing loops by connecting observability data to agent actions and remediation.
• Prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.
• Experiment with new models, orchestration techniques, and agent behavior validation daily.
