You will join the AI Engineering Platform team as an Outcome Engineer, helping to move from traditional software to agentic, autonomous systems that operate at scale in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering foundations and ability to automate complex workflows.
- Interest in applying AI to real-world, production systems.
- Experience with multi-agent coordination and simulation is a plus.
- Comfort translating user needs into robust, scalable products.
- Familiarity with observability, reliability, and automation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems to enable collaborative agents and robust workflows.
- Implement Automated Governance with policy engines and constraints.
- Engineer Context and Memory using knowledge graphs and vector stores.
- Build Rigorous Evaluation Frameworks with deterministic validation and metrics.
- Design Self-Healing Loops by connecting observability data to agent actions.
- Prototype and Deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.
- Experiment and Learn with new models and orchestration techniques.
