Action Co. is hiring an Enterprise AI Engineer to build, evolve, and support production agentic AI applications for a high-visibility enterprise program.

You will work across Python, TypeScript, APIs, databases, microservices, and AI agents, delivering architecture improvements while diagnosing real-world production issues. This role demands effective communication with business and technical stakeholders, navigating organizational complexity, and independently driving ambiguous problems through

Qualifications

• Strong Python and full-stack development skills with APIs and SQL.
• Hands-on agentic AI experience with multi-agent architectures.
• Fast, self-sufficient troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Professional maturity and communication in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with LangFuse observability, tracing, and production diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve multi-agent AI applications and architectures.
• Maintain orchestrators, agents, services, and integrations.
• Support migration to next-generation agent architectures.
• Apply structured, AI-assisted development practices.
• Rapidly diagnose issues across agents, applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Debug Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, SQL, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Translate business feedback into actionable technical problems.
• Drive solutions across teams and organizational boundaries.
• Communicate technical issues and outcomes clearly to business stakeholders.
