You’ll join a world-class software engineering team as an Outcome Engineer, helping move from prompt building to a factory for infinite execution, designing agentic workflows and enabling products for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex software systems and interest in AI
• Strong collaboration and written communication skills
• Ability to ship and iterate in a high‑ambiguity environment

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems enabling collaboration and robust agentic workflows
• Implement governance to ensure safe autonomous operation
• Engineer context and memory with knowledge graphs and vector stores
• Build evaluation frameworks with deterministic validation
• Design self-healing loops by linking observability to agent actions
• Prototype and deploy new agentic tools to production
• Experiment with new models and orchestration techniques daily
